ORDER PROCESS

Design: After our alignment our colleague will create a very precise visual plan.

Preparation: After having the visual plan ready, the preparation for the production starts. Based on the visual plan, the essential part comes when we place the graphic elements on the tailoring pattern and the production begins.

1. DESIGN:

The first step is to send us your ideas via email! It's not a problem if you only provide a rough outline of your concept; the main thing is to have a direction (color scheme, style, etc.) to start with. For this, our REFERENCE works and the COLLECTION patterns on our website can be helpful. We can modify them to your liking. If you have a clear concept, we can help with that as well.

We require the design cost to be paid in advance. Within 1-3 business days after payment, we will create a lifelike 3D visual plan, which can still be modified before the production, if necessary. We save and preserve these designs, so that the original requestor can refer to them anytime for future orders or request these designs on other products without additional editing costs. For example, if you've ordered a custom sweater once, you can use its design on a shirt, jersey, or jacket in the future at no extra cost.

2. PRODUCTION:

Once the visual plan is approved, and we have the exact size and quantity, the production begins.
The production time depends on the season, typically around 3-4 weeks.
Expedited service is available at extra cost for orders within the provided timeframe, depending on our current production capacity.

DISCOUNTS:
There is no minimum order quantity! You can order even just one custom graphic product.
For larger orders, we offer volume discounts at 30, 50, or 100 items.
The quantities for different products can be combined.
For example: 10 t-shirts, 10 sweaters, 5 jerseys, 5 jackets —> equals a 30-item discount
